Have used many ac/heating firms over the years - Schmitt
is definitely the best I've ever dealt with. Whether it's
the person on the phone (Dianne is the wonderful person I
deal with) or the techs that come out - this company has no
equal is the Tampa area. The people at Schmitt are kind, professional, honest and
exhibit great integrity. Before Schmitt I was a contract
holder at Air Rescue which exhibts none of the afore
qualities mentioned above, I had been "robbed" of over $1500
for warranty parts and it had been insinuated that my Lennox
product was an inferior product....and I believe they did
something to prove that because at only 3yrs old my unit
burnt up capacitors and both the blower motor and condensor
fan motor withing 60 days of my "annual maintenance". Twelve
months later when my condensor fan died (again) I called
Schmitt on recommendation of a neighbor. Everyone I have
worked with at Schmitt have been absolutely wonderful and
they did not "rob" me when they installed my new fan motor &
blade and they gave my unit the best maintenance check-up it
has ever had.....and they do not act like my Lennox unit is
an inferior product, they believe in the product and what
the name stands for! We had an issue with the way the master bedroom tubing
was installed and had a great experience with the promptness
and the way it was fixed. Wonderful experience and would
recommend to others. Thanks so much. Love air conditioner! They did an excellent job, were on time and did not leave
a mess. The county inspector said they did a great job. We
have been doing business with Schmitt for over 15 years and
have always been satisfied with their work. Both men worked consistantly through the day. They were
very pleaslant and answered any questions I had about the
unit. I will and have recommended your company to some
friends all ready. I received my first electric bill for 33 days and was
very happy at the amount. My a/c unit is working excellent
and I could not be happier with Schmitt and Lennox. I'm just very pleased with them THEY DIDN'T ACCEPT
PAYMENT before they were sure that everything was working
very well and met with our satisfaction. The service was
personal and had a great professional touch. The initial service representative, Rick was very
knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions. The two
man installation crew were very polite and installed the new
system in one day. I would recommend Schmitt, Inc to anyone
needing a new cooling and heating system. Very impressed
with the quick service. |
